Monitored & Set Conditions

DTC P0133: O2 SENSOR 1/1 SLOW RESPONSE  - To monitor oxygen sensor, start and drive vehicle at 20-55 MPH. The throttle must be open for a minimum 120 seconds, the coolant temperature must be greater than 158°F (70°C), the catalytic converter temperature must be greater than 1112°F (600°C) and the EVAP purge must be active. DTC will set if O2 sensor voltage switches only 11 times or less from lean to rich within 20 second during monitoring. This is a two trip fault.

DTC P0139: O2 SENSOR 1/2 SLOW RESPONSE  - To monitor oxygen sensor, start and drive vehicle at 20-55 MPH. The throttle must be open for a minimum 120 seconds, the coolant temperature must be greater than 158°F (70°C)and the catalytic converter temperature must be greater than 1112°F (600°C). DTC will set if O2 sensor voltage dose not switch properly from lean to rich during monitoring. This is a two trip fault.
