2. Measure The Resistance Between The BAS Release Switch Sense (Applied) Circuit And The Sense (Reference) Circuit

With the ignition off.

Disconnect the CAB harness connector.

NOTE: Check connectors - Clean/repair as necessary.

Measure the resistance between the BAS Release Switch Sense (Applied) circuit and the Sense (Reference) circuit in the BAS Brake Booster harness connector.

Is the resistance below 5.0 ohms? 

  1. Yes  >> Repair the BAS Release Switch Sense (Applied) circuit for a short to the Sense (Reference) circuit.

    Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST .

  2. No  >> Go to 3
