Integrated Power Module: Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Remove the hood cable retaining clip near the Integrated Power Module (IPM).
- Using a flat bladed tool, depress the four locking tabs on the side of the IPM (Fig 1
)

- Lift the IPM from the bracket.
- Disconnect the electrical harness connectors from the IPM.
- Disconnect the battery connection to the IPM by removing the nut attaching the connection to the bolt.
