DTC 9721: Left Rotation Relay Control Circuit Open/Short To B(+): Notes

1. When Monitored: With the ignition on, the Power Top Control Module (PTCM) continuously senses the voltage on the Left Rotation Relay Control circuit. 
2. Set Condition: When the PTCM senses B(+) on the Left Rotation Relay Control circuit. 

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding.
