Battery Temperature Sensor: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable then the positive cable.
  2. Remove battery from battery tray.
  3. Disconnect the Battery Temperature Sensor electrical connector. See Fig 1.

  4. Unsnap the Battery Temperature Sensor from the battery tray and remove the sensor by pushing in the snap fits and pushing up out of tray. See Fig 2.
