Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor - Installation

2.0L/2.4L ENGINE

Non-Turbo










1. Install engine coolant temperature sensor (1). Torque sensor to 19 Nm (168 in. lbs.).
2. Reconnect engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connector.
3. Fill cooling system, refer to COOLING/ENGINE - STANDARD PROCEDURE. Filling
4. Connect negative battery cable.

Turbo










1. Install engine coolant temperature sensor (2). Torque sensor to 19 Nm (168 in. lbs.).
2. Reconnect engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connector.
3. Install upper torque strut Engine Torque Strut - Installation.
4. Fill cooling system, refer to COOLING/ENGINE - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
5. Connect negative battery cable.
