Radiator, Engine Cooling: Installation: 3.6L
- Install the radiator into engine compartment and seat the lower rubber isolators into the mounting holes of the lower radiator support.
- Install the radiator isolator (1). Tighten bolts (2) to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Position the condenser on radiator and loosely install the support bolt.
- Install upper and lower mounting bolt. Tighten bolts to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Tighten bolt (2) located between the cooler lines to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the air deflectors (1).
- Position the hood latch release cable (2) through the notch in deflector.
- Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, INSTALLATION .
- Raise and support the vehicle Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE

- Install the lower radiator hose (1).
- Install the lower engine cover.
- Remove support and lower vehicle.
- Install the cooling fan. Refer to FAN, COOLING, INSTALLATION .
- Install the upper radiator upper hose (2). Align hose so it does not interfere with the accessory drive belt or engine.
- Connect the negative battle cable.
- Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Operate the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature. Check the cooling system and automatic transmission for the correct fluid levels.
