Draining Fuel Tank
- Release fuel system pressure.
- Remove windshield wipers and cowl panel.
- Disconnect fuel disconnect line at dash/panel. See Fig 1 .
- Connect fuel pressure tester adapter number (6539) to fuel supply hose. Connect other end to an approved gasoline container.
- Energize fuel pump relay with DRB. Drain fuel from fuel tank into siphoning tank.
- Connect fuel supply line back to body fuel line at dash/panel.
