Removal - 2.4L

The electronic ignition coil pack attaches directly to the valve cover.

1. Diconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect electrical connector from coil pack.
3. Remove coil pack mounting bolts.
4. Remove coil pack and heat shield (Figure).
