PCM - PROGRAMMING ERROR

Always perform the PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING procedure before proceeding. Refer to  62TE - PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE  .
