Throttle Position Sensor: Service and Repair

Throttle Position Sensor:

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect electrical connectors.
2. Remove the two mounting screws.
3. Remove wiring harness bracket.
4. Remove Throttle Position Sensor (TPS).

INSTALLATION
1. Install wiring harness bracket.
2. Install TPS and tighten screws.
NOTE: Be sure the TPS lever is on top of the throttle lever when the TPS is installed.
3. Connect electrical connectors.
4. Adjust TPS. Adjustments
