Windshield Intermittent Wiper Relay Test

Windshield intermittent wiper relay is an integral part of windshield wiper/washer switch assembly. Turn ignition switch to ACC or ON position. Turn wiper/washer switch to INT position. Measure voltage at switch terminal No. 3 with switch connected to harness. Voltage should alternate between zero volts and battery voltage. If voltage does not alternate, replace windshield wiper/washer switch assembly.
