Test Procedure

  1. Remove ECM to access ECM connector terminals (if necessary). See Fig 1 -Fig 3 . With ECM connectors connected, backprobe terminal specified in charts. See Fig 4 -Fig 9 . Measure voltage between terminal specified in chart and ECM connector terminal No. 106 (ground).
  2. If voltmeter shows any deviation from standard value, check corresponding sensor, actuator and related wiring. After repair or replacement, recheck to ensure problem is corrected.
