A/C System Charge Level Test: Notes

There are 2 methods for doing this procedure. The first method involves the use of a DRB and a clamp-on Thermocouple (P.S.E. 66-324-0014 or 80PK-1A). Set DRB to LH CLIMATE CONTROL, SYSTEM TEST and PARTIAL CHARGE TEST diagnostic topic. See DRB METHOD.

The second method uses a R-134a manifold gauge set, a clamp-on Thermocouple (P.S.E. 66-324-0014 or 80PK-1A) and REFRIGERANT CHARGE LEVEL table. See MANIFOLD GAUGE SET METHOD.
