Full Open Retractable Roof Module - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the rear wind deflector / windscreen (1) by pulling up.





3. Remove the three fasteners securing the bracket (1) to the rear shelf (2).
4. Remove the bracket (1).
5. Remove the push pin retainers (3) from the rear shelf.
6. Remove the rear shelf.





7. Drill out the four rivets (1) securing the motor cover plate (2) and remove the plate.





8. Release the tab securing the module (1) to the mounting plate.
9. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the module (1).
