Set Condition

The Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) compares the battery pack coolant inlet and outlet temperatures to the radiator coolant temperature. If the inlet and outlet temperatures are changing (±2° C over 5 minutes) and the radiator temperature sensor is not changing, or a comparison of the inlet, outlet and radiator temperatures are not within a calibrated range of each other, a DTC will set. The EVS lamp does not illuminate for this fault.
