Diagnostic Test
- CHECK FOR PRESENCE OF ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM MODULE ERRORS
- Check for presence of Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) Module DTCs.
Are there DTCs?
Yes
- Proceed as indicated by the diagnosis equipment.
No
- Go to Step 2.
- Check for presence of Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) Module DTCs.
- CHECK FOR INSTRUMENT PANEL MODULE ERRORS
- Check for presence of Instrument Panel Module DTCs.
Are there DTCs?
Yes
- Proceed as indicated by the diagnosis equipment.
No
- Go to Step 3.
- Check for presence of Instrument Panel Module DTCs.
- CHECK CORRECT OPERATION OF THE BLIND SPOT MODULE, LEFT SIDE
- Connect the diagnosis equipment and perform the Blind Spot Module (left side) erase DTC procedure.
- 3.5 seconds.
- Check whether the DTC is still present.
Is the DTC still present?
Yes
- Replace the Blind Spot Module, left side.
No
- End of diagnosis.
