Diagnostic Test

CHECK INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF THE BLIND SPOT MODULE
1. Check internal temperature of the Blind Spot Module.
  Does the value exceed 115 °C (239 °F)?
  
  Yes
  - Replace the Blind Spot Device Driving Module where the temperature increase was detected.
  - Go to Step 3.
  No
  - Go to Step 2.
CHECK THE PERSISTENCE OF ERROR ON BLIND SPOT MODULE, RIGHT SIDE
1. Connect the diagnosis equipment and perform Blind Spot Module erase DTC procedure.
2. Go to Key-ON condition (engine off or on) and wait at least 11.5 seconds.
3. Check whether the DTC is still present.
  Is the DTC still present?
  
  Yes
  - Replace the Blind Spot Module, right side, then go to Step 3.
  No
  - End of diagnosis.
CHECK CORRECT OPERATION OF THE BLIND SPOT MODULE, LEFT SIDE
1. Perform the Blind Spot Module erase DTC procedure.
2. Go to Key-ON condition (engine off or on) and wait at least 11.5 seconds.
3. Check whether the DTC is still present.
  Is the DTC still present?
  
  Yes
  - Replace the Blind Spot Module, left side.
  No
  - End of diagnosis.
