Diagnostic Test

CHECK INTEGRITY OF SEAT
1. Check integrity of seat.
  Is the seat wet?
  
  Yes
  - Dry the seat and check again for the presence of error.
  No
  - Go to Step 2.
CHECK BATTERY STATE
1. Check that the battery terminals are not loose.
2. Check battery state.
  Is there any fault?
  
  Yes
  - Appropriately connect the battery terminals and recharge or replace the battery, then go to Step 5.
  No
  - Go to Step 3.
CHECK POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE OF THE OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (OCS) CONTROL UNIT TERMINAL
1. Measure the voltage of PIN B (connector C) (wiring side) of the Occupant classification system (OCS) control unit.
  Is voltage higher than 12 V?
  
  Yes
  - Go to Step 4.
  No
  - Replace the wiring between Occupant classification system (OCS) control unit and R1 (IG1) relay, then go to Step 5.
CHECK OPERATION OF OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (OCS) CONTROL UNIT
1. Perform the Airbag Module error deletion procedure.
2. Check if the error is still present.
  Is the error still present?
  
  Yes
  - Replace the Occupant classification system (OCS) control unit, then go to Step 5.
  No
  - Go to Step 5.
CHECK CORRECT FUNCTIONING OF THE AIR-BAG MODULE
1. Perform the Airbag Module error deletion procedure.
2. Check if the error is still present.
  Is the error still present?
  
  Yes
  - Replace the Airbag Module if the error occurs again. Refer to MODULE, OCCUPANT RESTRAINT (ORC), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  No
  - End of diagnosis.
