Diagnostic Test

PERFORM THE RESTORE PROCEDURE FOR AIRBAG MODULE CONFIGURATION
1. Connect the diagnosis equipment to the Airbag Module and check whether the vehicle configuration resetting procedure has been carried out.
2. Perform the Airbag Module error deletion procedure
3. Check if the error is still present.
  Is the error still present?
  
  Yes
  - Go to Step 2.
  No
  - End of diagnosis.
CHECK CORRECT INSTALLATION OF SIDE IMPACT SENSOR, DRIVER SIDE, ON STRUT
1. Ensure that the side impact sensor, driver side, on strut is correctly installed.
  Is the side impact sensor, driver side, on strut correctly installed?
  
  Yes
  - Go to Step 3.
  No
  - Perform correct installation of side impact sensor, driver side on strut.
  - Go to Step 3.
CHECK CORRECT FUNCTIONING OF THE AIR-BAG MODULE
1. Perform the Airbag Module error deletion procedure.
2. Check if the error is still present.
  Is the error still present?
  
  Yes
  - Replace the Airbag Module if the error occurs again. Refer to MODULE, OCCUPANT RESTRAINT (ORC), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  No
  - End of diagnosis.
