A communication error is found on the CAN line from the Transmission Control Module (TCM) to the SCCM (Steering Column Control Module).

Possible Causes
FAULT ON CAN LINE BETWEEN TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE (TCM) AND STEERING COLUMN CONTROL MODULE (SCCM)
