Set Condition

ESM / GSM senses battery voltage is less than 8.5 volts when the Transmission Control Module (TCM) is requesting the Park Lock Solenoid activation for a calibrated amount of time.

Default Actions: 

NOTE:

Normal operation will resume if battery voltage is greater than 8.7 volts or the TCM is stops requesting the park Lock Solenoid activation.

Shift lever will be locked in PARK due to low battery voltage.

All shifter back lighting and position indicators will be turned off.
