Stator Coil Grounded Testing
- Adjust ohmmeter to x1000 scale. Place ohmmeter probes on one of stator leads and stator laminated core. Ohmmeter should show no reading.
- Stator winding is shorted if reading is obtained. Replace stator coil if shorted. Repeat test procedure for each stator lead.
