Circuit Continuity Check

Leave VAPS control module disconnected. Disconnect ignition coil connector (single wire on non-turbo model or4-wire connector on turbo models). Set VOM on 200-ohm scale. Measure resistance between Yellow/Blue wires at coil connector and VAPS control module connector. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, proceed to PINPOINT TEST B4 . If resistance is NOT as specified, service wire for open.
