Steering Angle Sensor Resistance Check

  1. Turn ignition off. Remove steering column cover and disconnect steering angle sensor connector. Set steering wheel so wheels are straight.
  2. Measure resistance between wires indicated in STEERING ANGLE SENSOR RESISTANCE TABLE  . If resistances are as specified, proceed to PINPOINT TEST C3  . If resistances are NOT as specified, replace steering angle sensor.

Green & Green/White 0-15
Green & Green/Yellow 40-60
Green/Yellow & Green/White 30-50
