Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Service and Repair

REMOVAL

Air Charge Temperature Sensor Replacement:

1. Locate Air Charge Temperature (ACT) sensor located in the intake manifold.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from sensor.
3. Remove sensor by unscrewing counterclockwise.



INSTALLATION

1. Install the ACT sensor into the manifold.
2. Tighten the sensor to 15 ft lb (20 Nm).
3. Connect the electrical connector to sensor.
