SET/ACCEL Circuit

On Escort and Tracer, measure voltage between circuit No. 356 (Red/Yellow wire) and ground. On all other models, measure voltage between circuit No. 151 (Light Blue/Black wire) and ground. On all models, press and hold cruise control SET/ACCEL button. Voltmeter should indicate about 4.5 volts. Rotate steering wheel back and forth while watching for fluctuations. If voltage varies more than 0.5 volt, perform CONTROL SWITCHES test.
