Perform all steps in BASIC TESTING article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE. If no fault is found while performing BASIC TESTING, proceed with self-diagnostics. If no service code or only pass codes are found during self-diagnostics, proceed to INTERMITTENTS article for diagnosis by symptoms.
