When DTC C1B00:54 or DTC C1B00:95 are set, the PSCM will send a message to the IPC to display POWER STEERING MALFUNCTION SERVICE NOW in the message center. The steering assist will remain unaffected.
When DTC C1B00:61 is set the PSCM will remove steering assist and enter into a manual mode. The PSCM will also send a message to the IPC to display POWER STEERING MALFUNCTION SERVICE NOW in the message center.
For DTC C1B00:2F or DTC C1B00:62 the steering assist is unaffected and no error message is displayed in the message center.
