Body Control Module (BCM)

The BCM  is mounted behind the glove box and both monitors and controls the front and rear wiper/washer systems. The BCM  monitors all LIN  and all High Speed CAN  messages that relate to the wiper/washer system and then directly controls the wiper motors and/or relays necessary for wiper/washer operation. The BCM  is capable of setting DTC  in the event of a circuit, component or network failure. To operate correctly, the BCM  must be configured with the correct vehicle information when installed new.
