Tracking and Blocking System (TBS) Module Network Input Messages

Broadcast Message Originating Module Message Purpose
Ignition status BCM  The BCM  sends the ignition status to the Tracking and Blocking System (TBS) Module. This can be reported to the service provider in the event the vehicle is reported stolen.
PATS target immobilization status PCM  /SOBDMC  The PCM  /SOBDMC  sends this to the Tracking and Blocking System (TBS) Module as confirmation of the vehicle powertrain request to power down.
