Park/Neutral Position (PNP) Switch

This switch is connected to transmission gear selector and signals control module when transmission is in Park or Neutral. Control module uses this information for determining control of ignition timing, converter clutch and idle speed. To check function of PNP switch, perform functional check of switch.
