Control Module: Removal

Disconnect negative battery cable. Unplug electrical connectors from PCM. See Figure. Remove PCM from vehicle. Remove PROM and CALPAK (if equipped) or MEM-CAL from PCM. See CALPAK, MEM-CAL, or PROGRAMMABLE READ-ONLY MEMORY (PROM).
