Test 96A - Identifying Intermittent Wiper Problem

Diagnostics for windshield wiper system are separated into 4 groups. Verify failure(s) or customer complaint and ensure vehicle is experiencing failure(s) or customer complaint at this time. See DIAGNOSING INTERMITTENT WIPER PROBLEM table below and perform appropriate test.
