Circuit Description

This diagnostic determines if ABS is capable of detecting a rough road situation.
DTC will set when the following conditions are present:
- Vehicle speed is at least one MPH.
- Engine speed not greater than 5800 RPM.
- Engine load is not greater than 89.9 percent.
- Misfire DTC active and requesting MIL on.
