Removal Procedure

Put the shift lever clevis into the neutral position.
Remove the knee bolster.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Use a small screwdriver to pry the electrical automatic transmission shift lock control actuator from the steering column jacket assembly.
Remove the automatic transmission shift lock control actuator from the steering column.
