Installation Procedure

  1. Install the switch (1) to the trim plate.

  3. Install the retaining ring to the switch, ensuring the ring tabs are fully seated.

  5. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the switch.
  6. Install the shift lever bezel. Refer to Console Shift Lever Bezel Replacement (Oldsmobile, Buick) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
