Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the automatic transfer case control module into the retainer with the 3 nuts.
Tighten: Tighten the nut to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

Connect the 2 wiring harness connectors to the automatic transfer case control module.

Install the right lower hinge trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Right Hinge Pillar in Interior Trim.
Start the engine and test the automatic transfer case system for proper shift operation.
