Removal Procedure

- Loosen the clamp securing the mass air flow (MAF) sensor to the air cleaner housing cover.
- Remove the MAF sensor from the air cleaner housing and position the sensor aside.

- Remove the air cleaner housing mounting nut.

- Remove the air cleaner housing by pulling upward until the mounting studs are free from the housing grommets.
