If Slow to Calibrate
WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2021 Buick Enclave. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
The ideal calibration condition is driving on a 2 lane divided highway with markings on both sides of the lane. One or more of the following conditions may increase the length of time required to complete the calibration procedure:
- Heavy traffic
- Stop and go traffic
- Mountain roads
- Curves in roadway
- Poor contrast lane markings
- Botts Dots type lane markings
- Operating the vehicle at speeds greater than recommended
- Driving through snow or fog, or driving directly into the sun
- B174W Frontview Camera - Windshield not properly installed - Verify the camera is fully snapped into the bracket tabs and is secure
- Incorrect windshield - Some aftermarket windshields may have the B174W Frontview Camera - Windshield bracket installed in the incorrect location or may have incorrectly installed film that partially blocks the camera field of view
