Installation Procedure

    Fuel Pump Seal (2) - Install NEW

  2. Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Install

    Fuel Tank Vent Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Sender Cam (1) - Install - use CH-52075  Fuel Pump Lock Ring Wrench (2)

    Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (4) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  6. Fuel Tank Vent Hose (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  7. Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  8. Connect the electrical connectors. (1)
  9. Fuel Tank - Install - Fuel Tank Replacement (FWD)
