Component Inspection

■ Battery Voltage Check 

1. IG "ON"
2. Measure the voltage between the positive and negative terminals of the battery.

   Specification:  Above 11V

3. Is the measured voltage normal?

   YES 

   • Substitute with a known - good FPCM and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace FPCM and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

   NO 

   • Substitute with a known - good fuel pressure sensor and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace fuel pressure sensor and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
