DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN communication status check
  1. IDB faulty
  2. CAN communication line between ECM and IDB
Enable Conditions
  • B+ is higher than 10.8V
  • IG "ON" Time greater than 0.5 sec.
Threshold value
  • Duration of communication lost with IDB is higher than 4 sec
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
