DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor the fuel pressure sensor power voltage
  1. Poor Connection
  2. Open or short in power circuit
  3. Fuel pump control module (FPCM)
Prerequisite condition
  • Targeted fuel pressure is between 250 kPa and 600 kPa.
  • Engine is running.
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V.
Threshold Value
  • The power voltage of fuel pressure sensor is between 3.3V and 4.5V.
Diagnosis Time
  • 2 Seconds
MIL On Condition
  • No MIL "ON" (DTC only)
