DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical check
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short to ground in power/signal circuit
  3. Faulty APS
  4. Faulty ECM
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition switch is turned "ON".
Threshold Value
  • APS_1 output voltage is lower than 0.396V.
  • APS_1 signal circuit is open or shorted to ground.
Diagnosis Time
  • 0.3 Seconds
MIL On Condition
  • 2nd Driving Cycle
