Check For An Open Circuit
- Ignition switch is turned "OFF". Disconnect the alternator and ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance from the both of alternator signal terminal in the harness connector.
Specification: Approx. 0Ω
- Is resistance within specification?
YES
- Go to "Check for short circuit" procedure.
NO
- Repair the connector. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
