DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Electrical check
  1. Poor connection
  2. Short to ground in signal circuit
  3. Faulty Fuel Level Sender
Prerequisite condition
  • Engine operation is out of starting state.
  • Time elapsed after failure is detected is longer than 2000 seconds
  • Battery voltage is between 10V and 15V
Threshold Value
  • Fuel tank level signal voltage is lower than 0.14V.
  • Sensor signal circuit is open or shorted to ground.
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously

  • 3rd Drive Cycle
