Verification Of Vehicle Repair

After a repair, it is essential to verifying that the fault has been corrected.

1. Connect GDS and select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)  " mode.
2. Using GDS, Clear DTC.
3. Check DTCs in other system after fixing the vehicle.

   (If there is the DTC representing "4WD CAN Time-Out", Clear the DTC.)

4. Are any DTCs present?

   YES 

   • Go to the applicable Troubleshooting (DTC INDEX ) procedure.

   NO 

   • System is performing to specification at this time.
