Soft Limit
Soft Limit Settings (Tilt, Telescope)
- Soft limit initial (default) settings
- If B+ is received initially, soft limits for both directions are not set.
- The initial soft limit setting is the first stopped position set through manual operation.
- Soft limit update conditions
- Soft limit is updated if the soft limit position is exceeded through manual operation or reproduction.
- If an error occurs during manual operation or regeneration, the position when the error occurred is updated to the soft limit in the direction of operation and the motor is stopped.
- When an error has occurred, restoration to the normal position is possible only through manual operation. In this case, soft limits for both directions are updated.
- Soft limit error
- It is considered as an error if pulse is not detected from the motor within the soft limit range.
- Tilt: Less than 4 pulses within 1 sec.
- Telescope: Less than 4 pulses within 1 sec.
- It is considered as an error if pulse is not detected from the motor within the soft limit range.
