Prerequisite condition	Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V. Ignition switch is turned "ON". Elapsed time after port flap PWM reaches below upper threshold is longer than 0.5 seconds.
Threshold value	Too large noisy signal change of VCM position sensor is detected. - Larger than 45°PORT/second.
Diagnosis Time	0.2 Seconds
